That scarlet cord was symbolic of Jesus blood. Rahab put her faith in what that cord symbolized and believed the guarantee was hers. <br /><br />We see a similar story in the old testament where the father's were to smear the blood of the lamb on their door posts. If they did the angel of death would pass over their home and all in it.<br /><br />YOu can take this worry of your to the Lord in prayer and recieve His promise! :) Start thanking Him for what He will do in their hearts and later through them for His glory. <br /><br />Now don't you worry sweet girl!
